Hey, I'm Wadnes

I started KAPAB in 2020 to help diverse founders turn their ideas into real businesses—especially during COVID when so many were being overlooked.

KAPAB means “capable” in Haitian Creole. It’s my way of blending my culture with my professional background in marketing, product, and tech.

I’ve spent the last 10 years helping global brands grow, and now I use those skills to help startups get traction and scale.
